About Steve

As a full time REALTOR®, Steve prioritizes listening and understanding his clients real estate goals and then sharing his experience, knowledge, and expertise so that they can make an informed decision that’s right for them. Buying Real Estate is a significant financial decision and Steve ensures that you are empowered and confident in your decision making.

Steve started in Real Estate over 25 years ago as an investor and property manager and became a REALTOR® in 2009. His personal real estate investment experience includes long-term buy and hold rentals, permitted and unpermitted secondary suites, apartment buildings, furnished short/long-term rentals, and the buy, renovate and refinance/resell model.

Steve lives in the university area of Edmonton with his wife and energetic twin boys. He loves being active outdoors with friends and family doing things like rock and ice climbing, skiing, and hiking.
